Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation on your WhatsApp and registered email address. If you do not receive it, please check your spam folder or contact us at connect@farzana.com.
We begin processing orders quickly, so cancellations or modifications may not always be possible once an order is confirmed. Please email connect@farzana.com with your order number for assistance.
Courier partners usually attempt delivery three times. If unsuccessful, the order will be returned to our warehouse. Reshipping such orders may require an additional charge of INR 100.

Yes. Farzana ships to selected countries across the Middle East, Europe, North America, Oceania, Africa, and South & South-East Asia.
No. International orders are shipped on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis. Customs duties, VAT, import taxes, or local charges are the customer's responsibility.

Yes. Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on selected orders and serviceable pin codes within India.
We accept major credit cards, debit cards, UPI, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and other secure payment methods available during checkout.
Refunds are generally processed within 7–14 business days after approval.

Returns and exchanges are accepted only for:
- Damaged products

- An unboxing video
- Clear photos of the issue
- Your order number
Please do not accept packages that appear opened or tampered with. If accepted, Farzana cannot be held responsible for missing products or damages.
Products cannot be returned due to personal styling preferences, outfit mismatch, or sizing expectations.
