Can I return/ exchange my order?

Returns and exchanges are accepted only for physically damaged products, defects, missing products or incorrect shipments. Please email us at connect@farzana.com with an unboxing video and photos of the issue within 48 hours of receipt. Photos must clearly show the damage or defect to accept your complaint. Claims not reported within 48 hours cannot be processed as the window for raising them with the shipping partner closes after this period. All returns must be in original packaging. If the product is not returned in appropriate condition, your return will be disqualified, and we'll reship it back to you.

Upon receiving the returned product, ‘Farzana’ will inspect and validate the claim. Once approved, refund will be initiated; if ineligible, the product will be returned to you.


The package I received is open. What should I do?

Please refrain from accepting orders if the outer packaging is open or the seal has been tampered with. If you accept an open package from the delivery agent, we cannot take responsibility for it and will not be liable for any physically damaged or defective products, nor for missing or incorrect items.


The product doesn’t suit me. Can I return it?

If a product isn't suitable for your outfit or size, it cannot be returned. Fashion is a personal experience, and not every product will work for everyone. This is a risk buyers take when purchasing fashion items from any source. If you have questions about how to pair the product properly, feel free to contact us anytime, and our stylist will assist you in pairing it correctly.


When will I receive my refund in case of return?

We offer refund to source account or store credit (as per customer choice) for all prepaid orders. For COD orders, all refunds are as store credit. We strive to work with you to ensure a fair resolution. Please follow the instructions below to reach out to us. Once your return request gets approved, our delivery agent will collect the product from you. When it arrives at our warehouse, we will perform a check and process a full refund. Generally, you can expect to see the refund in your original account within 7 to 14 business days. Can I exchange a product?

If your order meets policy, you may exchange it with any item in stock on our website at the time of exchange.
